Hello, my name is Vikash. I am a traveler, but normally, my trips are on a tight budget. Think more about local food stalls and less about fancy dining.
But on my latest trip to Jaipur, I wanted to do something different. I wanted to find out if the stories about a 7 star hotel in Jaipur were actually true. We all hear about these super-luxury hotels, where guests are treated like kings. I wanted to see one for myself.
So, I decided to experience the best of the best. Here is what I found.
First, What is a 7-Star Hotel Anyway?
Before I started, I did some research. I learned that there is no official “7-star” rating. Hotel ratings usually go up to five stars only.
So, “7-star” is just a term used for hotels that are on another level of luxury. These are places so grand and with such amazing service that calling them just “5-star” doesn’t feel right. I was looking for this kind of experience in the city of Maharajas.
In Jaipur, two hotels truly stand out and give you this “7-star” feeling.
Top 7 Star hotel in jaipur 2026
Hotel No. 1: Rambagh Palace Jaipur(A Taj Hotel)
First Impression: Wow! Just, wow. As my car entered the palace gates, they showered rose petals from the roof. I felt like a hero in a Bollywood movie! The palace is huge and beautiful, with peacocks walking freely on the lawns. You feel like you have entered a different world.
The Feeling: This was the actual home of the Maharaja of Jaipur. You are not just a guest in a hotel; you feel like you are a royal guest in a real palace.

Here are some of the “7-star” facilities I experienced:
| Special Facility | My Simple Indian Experience |
| Personal Butler | A person was assigned just to take care of me. He unpacked my luggage and asked if I needed anything at all, anytime. Proper VIP treatment, boss! |
| The Royal Suites | I only got to see them, but the main suites are bigger than my 2BHK flat! They are full of priceless old furniture and paintings. Full-on royal style. |
| Vintage Car Tour | You can book a city tour in one of the hotel’s own classic cars. Imagine driving to Hawa Mahal in a car once used by the royal family. How cool is that? |
| Private Dinner | They can arrange a special, romantic dinner for you in a beautiful marble tent in the gardens. It’s a perfect setting for a special occasion. |
My Verdict: Is it a 7-star hotel? Arre, 100%! If you want to experience how Indian kings and queens lived, Rambagh Palace is the place to be.

Hotel No. 2: The Oberoi Rajvilas jaipur
First Impression: While Rambagh is grand and historic, The Oberoi Rajvilas is peaceful and elegant. The hotel is spread across 32 acres of beautiful green gardens. It is so quiet and calm here; you completely forget you are in a busy city.
The Feeling: This place feels like a super-luxurious, private resort. It is perfect for relaxing and getting away from all the noise and stress. It is built around a historic Shiva temple, which adds to the peaceful feeling.

Here are some of the “7-star” facilities I experienced:
| Special Facility | My Simple Indian Experience |
| Villas with Private Pools | My room was a villa which had its own private swimming pool! I could just wake up and jump straight into the water. It was simply amazing. |
| Luxury Tents | These are not normal camping tents. They are huge, fully air-conditioned rooms with big, comfortable beds and fancy bathrooms. It’s a 5-star room in the style of a tent. |
| Butler Service | Here too, the butler service was excellent. The staff was so good they knew what I needed even before I asked for it. Everything was managed perfectly. |
| The Oberoi Spa | The spa is located inside a restored old haveli. I took a massage there and felt completely relaxed. All my travel tiredness just disappeared. |
My Verdict: This is definitely a 7-star experience. If you want modern luxury, total privacy, and complete peace, then this is the perfect choice.
